Another beautiful day
It was another really beautiful day here on the Outer Banks. Nice and warm wonderful fall weather. There doesn't seem to be a lot going on lately that's news around here so I haven't been posting much. If any of you have any topics you would like to see covered please leave me a note in the comments. Always looking for new ideas.

I was kind of wondering how the closing of the Christmas Shop is progressing. Is the store now almost empty or are they keeping it pretty well stocked for the upcoming hoiday season? Are they planning on having a party or something for people to say goodbye? I think the store is going to be missed terribly (myself included...)
I haven't been in the Christmas shop this year so I can't answer from a personal view, but the local TV stations are now advertising 50% off everything. I really don't think they are restocking anything with new orders. I think they are really serious about being out of there by Dec 31. Don't know about a party for the employees. Probably at least a farewell dinner somewhere. It is my opinion that the land has been sold and the new owners/developers are ready to proceed immediately.
Can you snap a couple of pictures for us that wont be able to see it again?
