Well Happy Mothers Day Kim!! I hope your day is a good one! Sorry to see all the destuction once again in SNH. I rented the same house down at MP19 because we had such a great wide beach last year I almost dread seeing pictures of that area as I can tell the beach has shrunk consiterably. If you have a chance could you see if you have any pic's in that area. It was the Stan White house SN485. As always have a great day! Angie Vienot
Great South Nags Head pictures, Kim! I've been to Surfside and Seagull, too. What a mess. Took a ride to Hatteras today. The road is still pretty messy in spots and has a bunch of new potholes in addition to sand and water.
Hello, all. The weather is a whole lot calmer now, thank goodness! Angie, I didn't look specifically at "your" house, but will next time I'm down that way. I think it's okay. Jim, no damage on Roanoke Island. We fortunately don't get much damage from a nor'easter usually. Just lots of tree trash from the winds. The tide didn't really get very high. Hi Petie, glad to hear from you again. I guess the road to Hatteras was a mess, with overwash and potential soundside tide too!
